Vigilance caught block education office clerk Pramod Kumar Kuanr while taking bribe in Bisra. Kuanr was caught red handed while he was taking bribe money of Rs 2,000 from teacher Sadhu Singh. Sadhu Singh is a kidney patient and to clear his medical bills, Kuanr was asking bribe from him many times.
Vigilance searched his home with a doubt of possession of assets disproportionate to his known sources of income but didn't find much there.
